The Mint Money app is adding a new bill payments feature in partnership with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). The personal finance app already allows users to check their credit score, discover personal loan options. The app is powered by Bharat Connect, the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) ecosystem operated by NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL).Puneet Jain, CEO of Hindustan Times Digital, introduced the feature on Thursday. With the new bill payments tool, the Mint Money app is expanding its offering to cover more of users’ everyday financial needs on a single platform.
