Ola Electric Revives EV Sales with Discounts Amid Oil Shock

Ola Electric Mobility Ltd. has called for an end to the internal combustion engine age amid an oil shock caused by the Iran war. The company is offering discounts of up to ₹50,000 on its EVs, with prices starting at ₹49,999 for the Gen 3 S1 X (2kWh) and Roadster X (2.5 kWh).

As part of its #EndICEAge campaign, Ola Electric is offering a Service Trust Guarantee, Buyback Guarantee, and Extended Warranty. The discounts and benefits are valid up to March 31, 2026.

Ola Electric's chairman and managing director, Bhavish Aggarwal, emphasized the importance of accelerating India's journey towards energy independence. He stated that every EV on the road reduces dependence on imported oil and that the company will do whatever it takes to move India beyond ICE.
