US President Donald Trump plans to appoint a 13-member tech council, including Mark Zuckerberg and Larry Ellison, to advise on AI policy and other issues, the White House said.
The council, which could ultimately include 24 people, aims to shape Washington's response to intensifying global competition in artificial intelligence, particularly with China.
