TLC's 90 Day Fiancé fan favorite Jenny Slatten has been diagnosed with ALS, a fatal and progressive neurological condition. The 68-year-old reality star revealed the news in an interview with People, ahead of their return to television on Season 3 of 90 Day: The Last Resort. Jenny and her husband Sumit Singh, 38, learned of the diagnosis in December 2025.

The couple initially assumed Jenny's symptoms were due to an infection, but after she started experiencing migraines and difficulty swallowing, they knew something was wrong. Jenny's speech began to slow, and she started avoiding conversations altogether.

Sumit initially thought Jenny was exhausted from travel, but after a commenter suggested her symptoms looked like ALS, he looked into it and confirmed the diagnosis. The couple is now exploring genetic testing and online communities to find potential solutions.

Jenny and Sumit are not giving up, despite the heartbreaking news. They are hoping their openness might lead to help from unexpected places and are determined to live their life as they have been while they can.

The couple will next be seen on 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 3, which premieres on June 1.
