2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year for fans of filmmaker Priyadarshan, who's teaming up with Akshay Kumar for the suspense thriller 'Haiwaan'. The film, also starring Saif Ali Khan, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and Saiyami Kher, is set to release theatrically on 11th September 2026.
The announcement comes after a successful run for Akshay's latest film, 'Welcome To The Jungle', which has opened to over ₹18 crores in India. The multi-starrer boasts a talented cast, including Raveena Tandon, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Johnny Lever.
'Haiwaan' marks a reunion for Akshay and Saif, who last starred together in the 2008 film 'Tashan'. The shoot began in August 2025, and the film is poised to be one of the biggest theatrical events of 2026.
