Actor Akshaye Khanna, known for his composed nature, once lost his temper on a film set after a junior actor was denied lunch with the main cast and crew. Recalling the incident, Amit Behl revealed that Akshaye 'unleashed a volcano' on the producer.
Amit Behl shared the incident on Siddharth Kannan's YouTube channel, where he recalled a film he worked on with Akshaye. A character actor had visited Akshaye's hotel for lunch but was stopped by the producer's relative, saying he shouldn't be eating the food.
Akshaye, who had been watching the incident, immediately stepped in and lost his temper, blasting the producer and crew members. He gave a speech about what hunger and respect truly mean, saying 'a film doesn't get made by the number of plates or how much food you have; it is made by the blessings of people.'
Akshaye has been grabbing headlines for his powerful performance in Dhurandhar: The Revenge and is set to make his Telugu debut with Mahakali, playing Shukracharya in the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe.
