Jeetu Joseph's Mohanlal-starrer Drishyam 3 is set to hit screens in May, but Amazon Prime Video has issued a warning and threatened legal action against producers Aashirvad Cinemas over the film's digital rights.

According to a public notice posted on Prime Video's social media, Amazon holds the exclusive digital rights to Drishyam 3, including SVOD, TVOD, AVOD, FVOD, and EST.

The notice warns producers and any other entities against selling, licensing, or creating any third-party interest in the film's digital rights, stating that any infringement will result in legal action, including injunctive relief and damages.

Drishyam 3 was initially set to release on April 2 but was postponed to May 21 due to the West Asia conflict. The film stars Mohanlal, Meena, Ansiba Hassan, and Esther Anil, with Drishyam 2 set to receive a theatrical release on April 10.
