During an earlier interaction, Annu reacted to Tamannaah's performance in Aaj Ki Raat by saying, 'Mashallah kya dudhiya badan hai,' which sparked mixed reactions online.
In a recent conversation, Annu explained that his comment was limited to acknowledging Tamannaah's dance and that the reaction was intensified because of the language used.
He emphasized the distinction between appreciation and intent, saying that noticing someone's appearance does not automatically imply desire.
Annu added that he stands by his statement and is open to apologising if required, and would even apologise respectfully by touching Tamannaah's feet if she felt hurt.
