Renowned filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has showered praise on Imtiaz Ali's latest directorial venture, Main Vaapas Aaunga. In an Instagram post, Anurag affectionately referred to Imtiaz as 'Muttonkhor' and urged audiences to watch the film in cinemas.
Anurag shared a black-and-white picture of Imtiaz alongside his heartfelt post, which celebrated the filmmaker's work. He also appreciated the creative team behind the film, playfully asking Imtiaz to stop working with his favourite collaborators.
Main Vaapas Aaunga, a romantic drama starring Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, and Sharvari, revolves around 95-year-old Ishar Singh Grewal, who suffers a stroke while trying to travel to Sargodha in Pakistan. The film has collected over ₹6 crore at the box office and recorded growth on its first Monday.
