Bollywood actor Aparshakti Khurana recently opened up about his lesser-known career phase as a stylist in Mumbai. During a conversation on Double Date, he revealed his desire to step away from acting in 10–12 years and pursue tailoring.
Khurana recalled his time as a stylist, where he worked with hosts on a famous TV channel. He expressed his wish to learn tailoring from scratch, saying, 'Kapda kaatna, silna sikhna hai.'
The actor credited his marriage to Aakriti Ahuja for opening doors in the entertainment industry. He shared that before his marriage, he sent messages to directors and production houses, but received no responses. However, after getting married, he started receiving offers and opportunities.
Khurana made his Bollywood debut with Dangal and has since appeared in films like Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Stree, and Luka Chuppi. He will next be seen in Root, marking his Tamil film debut.
