Lately, several epic songs have been remixed for the newer generation, but singer-politician Babul Supriyo calls it a tribute to the original song. He believes that remixing old songs is a way to introduce timeless classics to today's listeners in a contemporary manner.

Babul Supriyo, who has released a remix of Inteha Ho Gayi Intezar Ki, shares his experience with remixes, saying that he has sung many in the beginning of his career, including hits by DJ Aqeel. He never received flak for remixes, but got requests to sing them in his live concerts.

On the topic of concerts getting cancelled due to vulgar lyrics, Babul shares his opinion that a sensible singer will not sing or perform any song that hurts the sentiments of any caste, creed, religion or objectives. He also criticizes political coercions that disrupt an artist's show due to their political affiliations.
