Rapper-singer Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, known as Badshah, has announced a new version of his song Tateeree after facing backlash over its release. The new version will be released on April 14 and will not contain any objectionable content.

Badshah initially sparked controversy with the release of Tateeree, a Haryanvi hip-hop single, on March 1, 2026. The song's lyrics were written by Badshah, while the music was composed by Hiten. The track blends contemporary rap elements with regional influences.

After the backlash, Badshah issued an apology and took down the song from all platforms. However, he has now announced that he will release a new version of the song, which will be a step forward in representing his roots, culture, and people through his music.

Badshah has also pledged to work for women's empowerment, including sponsoring the education of 50 girls from economically weaker sections. The new version of Tateeree will be released on April 14, and Badshah is asking fans to listen, share, and take it forward.
