Actors Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle may have been settled, but their lawyers are still at odds in court.

Last month, the two actors reached a settlement after a year-long dispute over sexual harassment claims, but now Lively's lawyers are seeking a judge's order requiring Baldoni to pay her legal bills and penalties.

The case began in 2024, when Lively claimed Baldoni made inappropriate comments and violated her physical boundaries during filming of their movie, It Ends With Us.

Baldoni denied the claims and countersued, accusing Lively and her husband of defamation and extortion.

The judge eventually dismissed the sexual harassment claims, but the case was settled before the extortion claims went to trial.

Neither actor was present for the recent hearing, and the judge did not rule after hearing arguments.
