Bollywood is known for its romantic films, but the upcoming lineup of Hindi movies is showcasing a new trend – love triangles and beyond. Makers are no longer limiting themselves to just one love story per film, and the audience will get to see and decide soon.

Ayushmann Khurrana is set to romance three leading ladies in Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, a spiritual sequel to the 2022 film. However, Ayushmann has denied any promotion of infidelity, calling it a family comedy of errors.

Varun Dhawan has been involved in love triangles on screen several times, including his debut film Student Of The Year and Judwaa 2. His upcoming release, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, has had its own roller coaster journey, with many raising concern whether the film normalises cheating.

The 2012 film Cocktail explored the complex dynamics of friendships and love, and its upcoming sequel is expected to delve deeper into the dynamics of romance when a third person enters the equation.

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal-starrer Love & War has been a much-awaited project, and with a new release date locked for January next year, the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film is expected to explore a love triangle between the three characters, set in the retro era.
