The apartment has an area of 2,777.84 sq ft and comes with three car parkings. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.8 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
This purchase highlights the growing popularity of Worli as a luxury real estate hotspot in Mumbai, with premium tower apartments now commanding ₹65,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per sq. ft.
