Bollywood actress Tabu has purchased a ₹10 crore apartment in Mumbai's Versova area, according to property registration documents.
The 2,153 sq ft apartment in the Godrej Skyshore building was purchased along with two car parking spaces.
Tabu, known for her critically acclaimed films like Maqbool and Haider, has invested in the project, which will have 126 residential units.
Versova, a residential micro-market in Mumbai's western suburbs, offers easy access to major business districts and is well-connected by transport infrastructure.
The Mumbai real estate market registered a marginal increase in property registrations in March 2026, with stamp duty collections falling by 6%.
