As 2025 comes to a close, Mohit Suri's romance film Saiyaara has etched its name in history books, becoming the highest-grossing romance film in Indian cinema. The film catapulted newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda to stardom, leaving many in awe.
In an exclusive conversation with HT City, Mohit Suri revealed that he never anticipated such massive numbers. "You can't plan these things," he said. "My goal was to create a good film, not a blockbuster. I wanted to stand out in a world dominated by action films.
