Kannada actor Darshan has been in police custody since his arrest on June 11, 2024, in an alleged murder case. His wife Vijayalakshmi and son Vineesh recently visited him at Parappana Agrahara Central Prison.
During their 30-minute meeting under CCTV surveillance, Darshan spent quality time with his family, who were accompanied by a jail official. Vijayalakshmi took to her Instagram account to share a heartfelt note, expressing her unwavering support for Darshan.
She wrote, 'I will hold your hand through every storm and every silence. Even when situations try to pull us apart, my heart will always choose you.' Vijayalakshmi also added that she will stand by Darshan, even if the whole world stands against him.
Darshan, along with Pavithra Gowda and other accomplices, allegedly murdered a fan called Renukaswamy on June 10. The case is currently under investigation, and Darshan's lawyer has denied any romantic relationship between Darshan and Pavithra, terming them as friends.
