Aditya Dhar's spy thriller Dhurandhar 2 has been making waves with its uncut version, Raw and Undekha, released on Netflix and JioHotstar. Viewers have discovered several changes in the film, including a pivotal scene that features a confrontation between Hamza and his childhood friend Pinda. Initially, Pinda's line, 'The country that never accepted us as one of its own,' was dubbed over the original line, which referenced the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The original line, 'The same country that killed our brothers in '84,' is a reference to the Khalistani insurgency in Punjab. Additionally, the film changed the name of a character, Hppy PhD, to Sunny DVD, who was an actual Khalistani militant. The changes have sparked a debate among viewers, with some arguing that they were necessary to keep the content safe, while others feel that they were unnecessary.
