Actor Esha Gupta has refuted false reports about the health of Vrindavan-based spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj. In an Instagram post, Gupta clarified that Premanand Ji is 'fine and just resting in ekanth.'
Premanand Maharaj has been facing health challenges involving his kidneys, including undergoing full-day dialysis. He has also denied requests for kidney donation from devotees.
The spiritual leader is reportedly suffering from polycystic kidney disease (PKD), a genetic condition that causes fluid-filled cysts to grow in the kidneys, potentially leading to kidney failure.
Premanand Maharaj, born Anirudh Kumar Pandey, renounced worldly life at 13 and devoted his life to Radha-Krishna. He has gained popularity for his spiritual wisdom and teachings, delivered through satsangs and one-on-one sessions with devotees.
