Farah Khan recently shared a funny anecdote about Varun Dhawan's mother, Laali Dhawan, mistaking Shirish Kunder for Sohail Khan's son Nirvan Khan. The incident occurred at a party hosted by Chunky Panday.
Laali Dhawan had approached Shirish Kunder, thinking he was Nirvan Khan, and asked if his mother had attended the party. Shirish was confused and replied that his mother was not invited. Farah Khan also recalled another instance when Laali Dhawan met her at a salon and told her that she looked bloated and asked if she was drunk.
Farah Khan and Shirish Kunder started dating after working together on the 2004 film Main Hoon Na, where Farah made her directorial debut and Shirish was the editor. They got married in 2004 and have three children together.
Varun Dhawan is currently starring in the film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, which was released on June 5. The romantic comedy film received mixed reviews from critics.
