The 24-year-old representative from Goa, Sadhvi Sail, was crowned Femina Miss India World at the 61st Femina Miss India finale in KIIT Bhubaneswar.

Excited to represent India at Miss World 2027 in Tanzania, Sadhvi Sail feels the pressure of winning but also enjoys the process.

Having moved to Canada for her studies, Sadhvi Sail knows what it's like to represent people, and her takeaway is that 'you can't make everyone happy.'

She believes in detaching herself from others' expectations to perform her best and do justice, which has helped her stay grounded.

In a time when the value of pageantry is questioned, Sadhvi's faith in it still holds intact due to its constant evolution towards individuality.

She cites the acceptance of body art and tattoos as an example of this evolution.

A surreal moment for Sadhvi occurred when her hero, Dr. Geeta Gopinath, asked for a photo with her after her title win.

Inspired by former winners Reita Faria and Sushmita Sen, Sadhvi wants her legacy to be that fame didn't change her.
