FWICE chief advisor Ashoke Pandit has condemned television actor Shilpa Shinde's confession of levelling false allegations of sexual harassment against Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain producer. Pandit stated that using a serious allegation like sexual harassment as a weapon to settle personal or professional disputes is deeply wrong.

He added that false allegations can destroy a person's reputation, career, and mental well-being, making it harder for genuine victims to be believed. Shilpa Shinde had admitted to filing a false sexual harassment case against her producer in a recent podcast conversation.

Shilpa had explained that she filed the case because she had no other option and the police told her to make serious allegations for an FIR to be registered. However, FWICE chief advisor Ashoke Pandit has condemned her actions, calling it shameful and unacceptable.

Television actress Hina Khan has also criticised Shilpa for filing a false sexual harassment case, calling it a crime and urging the entertainment community to speak up against such actions.
