He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is a fun ride that never takes itself too seriously. The film brings the same irreverence to a big, mainstream action film in a style reminiscent of the 80s and 90s.

Nicholas Galitzine shines in the lead role, bringing innocence, humour, and likability to He-Man. The character design and visuals are striking, beautifully building the world of Eternia.

The film handles the character of Skeletor well, with Jared Leto's performance being a minor fault. Despite some issues with diffusing tension and a weak voice for Skeletor, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe offers a fun time at the cinema, allowing viewers to unwind, laugh, and cheer for their heroes.
