The makers of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups have unveiled Huma Qureshi's captivating first look as Elizabeth, generating immense buzz among fans. The poster exudes a Hollywood-esque vibe, with Huma sporting a dramatic black outfit amidst a stormy graveyard backdrop, evoking a sense of mystery and lost innocence. An angel statue, vintage car, and ominous atmosphere add to the timeless feel. Fans have been quick to praise the poster, calling Huma a 'vintage queen' and praising its 'Hollywood-level scale'. The film, directed by Geethu Mohandas, stars Yash, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, Akshay Oberoi, and Sudev Nair. It was shot in both Kannada and English and is set to release in six languages on March 19, 2026, coinciding with Ugadi. Toxic will face competition from Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar 2, starring Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt. The film is a sequel to the recent blockbuster Dhurandhar, which collected over ₹1,000 crore in just 22 days.
