Actor Janhvi Kapoor was left uncomfortable at a promotional event in Vijayawada on Monday, where a fan breached security and rushed to meet her. The fan, who resembled Ram Charan, was held by security and pulled by the actor's personal bodyguard, MMA fighter Kevin Kunta.
Janhvi flinched and looked scared as the situation unfolded, but thankfully, the security team was able to keep the situation under control. Another video from the event showed the fan being allowed to meet Ram Charan, who thanked him and fell to his feet.
The incident has sparked praise for Kevin's quick thinking and handling of the situation. Ram Charan himself joked about Kevin's newfound fame in a promotional interview, saying that he might be bribed with chocolates or biscuits to talk about him.
Peddi, the upcoming Telugu release starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, is set to hit theaters on June 4, with paid premieres on June 3.
