British television presenter Jeremy Clarkson, 66, has revealed that he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer during filming for his Amazon documentary show 'Clarkson's Farm.'

Clarkson made the disclosure in a scene filmed last year, saying he had a biopsy and it was cancer, and it's aggressive.

He said the disease was caught 'really early' and he had since had an operation to remove 10% of his prostate.

Clarkson posted a video on Instagram ahead of the episodes' broadcast, saying they were a 'difficult watch.'

He has cultivated a reputation for being controversial, gained worldwide fame as presenter of the BBC's 'Top Gear' show, and owns a farm in central England.

Clarkson says from a hospital bed at the end of the final show: 'If this is all successful, I'll see you for season six. And if it isn't, I won't. Take care, everyone.'
