Hollywood actor John Krasinski has expressed his desire to watch Ranveer Singh's Indian blockbuster Dhurandhar, a spy thriller that has gained a global following after its success at the Indian box office.
In an interview, John praised Indian cinema, stating that it is some of the most 'cutting-edge movie making' in the world. He revealed that he would love to watch Dhurandhar if given the opportunity, citing that it's always inspiring to see what others are doing.
Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, has become a massive success story in Indian cinema, breaking records and grossing over ₹1307 crore worldwide. The film tells the story of Jaskirat Singh Rangi, alias Hamza Ali Mazari, who infiltrates a Baloch gang in Pakistan to bring down a terror unit.
John Krasinski is currently back in the OTT world with his spy thriller, Jack Ryan: Ghost War, where he plays the lead role of Jack Ryan, a former Marine and CIA analyst. The film was released on Amazon Prime Video on May 20, 2026.
