Director Koratala Siva has announced his next film with Nandamuri Balakrishna, leaving fans wondering if Jr NTR's Devara 2 has been shelved.
The upcoming film with Balakrishna is expected to go on floors soon, with the director having already locked the script.
However, this announcement has sparked confusion among fans, who were expecting Devara 2, the sequel to 2024's Devara: Part 1, starring Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor.
Earlier this year, producer Sudhakar Mikkilineni had assured that Devara 2 would be made and released in 2027, but it seems that Koratala Siva has moved on to a new project.
Meanwhile, Jr NTR is currently shooting for a yet-to-be-titled project with Prashanth Neel, which will be released in 2027.
