Actor Kalki Koechlin has sold an apartment in Mumbai's Andheri West for ₹2.55 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The apartment, located in Varsova Kiran Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, has a carpet area of 1,230 sq ft.
The buyer, Yuvraj Ahuja, paid a stamp duty of ₹16.08 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000 for the deal, which was registered on April 21, 2026.
Kalki Koechlin purchased the apartment for ₹1.95 crore in December 2015, resulting in a capital gain of around 31% on her original investment over a holding period of roughly 10 years.
