A video shared on Instagram showed the trio struggling to move through the venue as fans surged forward. Shahid appeared frustrated, while Kriti held onto Rashmika and guided her through the crowd, earning praise online.
Some fans praised Kriti's protective gesture, with one commenting, 'The way Kriti is protecting Rashmika... like a younger sister... lots of love to you all.' Others criticized the crowd management and described the behaviour of some attendees as 'pathetic.'
Cocktail 2, helmed by Homi Adajania, is a spiritual sequel to the 2012 hit and stars Shahid, Kriti, and Rashmika in lead roles. The film revolves around a love triangle, with Shahid's character having to choose between the two women.
