Maddox Jolie, the 24-year-old son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has submitted a request to officially remove Pitt from his surname, according to a new report.
The request, which has not yet been approved, would result in his full name being Maddox Chivan Jolie.
This alteration follows shortly after he removed Pitt from his surname in the credits of his mother's recent film, Couture.
Maddox's application for a name change is not the first among his siblings to separate themselves from the Pitt name.
His siblings, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne, have also made similar changes in the past.
