The Michael Jackson biopic, starring Jaafar Jackson, has managed to cross the ₹10 crore mark at the box office in India on its second day of release.
The film, directed by Antoine Fuqua, collected ₹5.00 crore on its second day, showing a growth in numbers compared to its opening day when it collected ₹3.80 crore.
The film's total India gross collections now stand at ₹13.16 crore and total India net at ₹10.30 crore.
Michael has done better than the new Bollywood release Ginny Wedss Sunny 2 and is surviving well amid competition from other big Bollywood films.
The biopic chronicles Michael's rise as a solo artist in the 70s, his superstardom after Thriller, and his comeback after a life-threatening accident in 1984.
