Drishyam 3 trailer has arrived, and Mohanlal's Georgekutty is back in the lead role. The stakes are higher this time, and suspicions are growing among the police, community, and even Georgekutty's own family.
The trailer begins with Georgekutty having a conversation with his wife and daughters, who feel they've left their past behind and are now accepted in society. However, Georgekutty is not convinced and worries that his family sees him as a criminal.
Directed by Jeethu Joseph and produced by Antony Perumbavoor, Drishyam 3 is set to release in theatres on May 21. The film is the third instalment of the hit franchise, which sees Georgekutty struggling to hide a dark secret from the police force.
Earlier, director Jeethu Joseph had said that audiences should not come with over-expectations but with curiosity. The Hindi version starring Ajay Devgn is also set to release later this year, directed by Abhishek Pathak and starring Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, and Tabu.
