Actor Niharika Konidela was left visibly shaken when a reporter informed her of her cousin Ram Charan's injury on the set of his film Peddi.
According to sources, Ram Charan suffered an injury near his eye while shooting an action sequence for the sports drama, and had to undergo four sutures.
Niharika, who was promoting her upcoming horror-comedy Rakasa in Tirupati at the time, looked wide-eyed and shocked when she first heard the news, saying 'Huh?' and gently chiding the reporter for the way the news was broken to her.
Despite her initial shock, Niharika continued to answer one more question before ending the press conference to take a call, saying 'Sir, miru bhayapedtunaru (Sir, you are scaring me).'
Later, Ram Charan's father, actor Chiranjeevi, revealed on Instagram that Ram had to undergo eyelid surgery, thanking the doctor for his timely and skilled surgery.
