Actors Durgesh Kumar and Ashok Pathak, known for their roles in Panchayat, are on cloud nine after meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
PM Modi shared a video on social media, using their show's title track tune, and congratulatory remarks poured in from industry people and fans.
Durgesh called the moment surreal, saying it was 'magical' when PM Modi passed by him and said, 'Binod, sunn raha hai tumhari?'
Ashok said it was a 'golden moment' and that he's happy his parents, friends, and co-artistes are happy too.
The actors are currently shooting for the fifth season of Panchayat and are excited about the recognition they're receiving.
Durgesh wants to explore urban characters soon, while Ashok is looking forward to more work and bigger roles.
