Pawan Kalyan's Ustaad Bhagat Singh has preponed its release date to March 19, 2026, following the postponement of Yash's Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups due to the US-Israel-Iran conflict. The film, initially scheduled for March 26, will now clash with Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar 2.
Ustaad Bhagat Singh, an adaptation of Atlee and Vijay's 2016 film Theri, has been in production since 2023. The film features Sreeleela, Raashii Khanna, and others in key roles, with music and background score composed by Devi Sri Prasad and Thaman S.
With Toxic's postponement to June 4, Dhurandhar 2 will now get a wide release worldwide. The film's success will be closely watched, given that its predecessor Dhurandhar crossed ₹1300 crore worldwide. Pawan Kalyan's previous releases, Hari Hara Veera Mallu and They Call Him OG, brought in ₹116.88 crore and ₹295.22 crore worldwide, respectively.
