Priya believes Bollywood has become a business, with filmmakers calculating their moves to make a certain amount of money. She praised OTT platforms for backing innovative and original films, even if they don't see the light of day in mainstream Bollywood.

She also spoke about her recent film, Candy and the Pizza Ggirl, which tells the story of several eccentric strangers who collide in a neon-lit chain of bizarre events.
