Renowned singer Rabbi Shergill recently mesmerized music lovers in Lucknow, praising the city's relatively cleaner air as a welcome respite from the air pollution plaguing his hometown, Delhi. While Delhi's AQI has been hovering around 350-400 in some areas, Lucknow's levels, though above 200, are significantly better. Speaking at the Boho Musical Festival at Janeshwar Misra Park, Rabbi expressed his admiration for Lucknow's unique blend of Mughal culture, saying, "We may have similarities with Lucknow, but the city's fresher air is a blessing." He also acknowledged the efforts of the local government and people, urging Lucknowites to appreciate their good fortune. "You should be thankful to your government and people. In Delhi, we're struggling to breathe, and we use purifiers in our homes," he said. Rabbi's setlist included popular songs like 'Jugni', 'Dil Se Dilli', and 'Heer', which showcased his storytelling ability and emotional connection with his audience. He also performed 'Katti Der Tak' and 'Dilli', highlighting the city's impact on his life and music. A fan favorite, Rabbi ended his performance with hits like 'Challa Vas Nahi Oo Mere', 'Bilqis (Jinhe Naaz Hai)', and 'Bullah Ki Jaana', bringing the event to a thrilling conclusion.
