Time magazine has unveiled its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, with Ranbir Kapoor being the only Indian actor on the list.
Producer Namit Malhotra congratulated Ranbir on his inclusion on the prestigious list, calling him the 'finest actor' of their generation.
Namit shared a heartfelt note on his X account, praising Ranbir's journey and saying there is no one better to portray Lord Rama.
Ranbir is set to return to the big screen after 3 years with the hotly anticipated Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
The film stars Ranbir as Lord Rama, Yash as Ravana, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and features a music score by Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman.
Ramayana Part One is set to release worldwide in October 2026, ahead of Diwali.
