The Lucknow native emphasized that locals must now take responsibility for promoting authentic Awadhi food, beyond popular landmarks like Tunday Kababi and Raheem's. "We need to look beyond the well-known eateries," he said. "Food tourism is expected to boom in the city, and we must ensure that lesser-known places don't suffer due to commercialization.
