Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar 2 has taken the box office by storm, raking in ₹1365 crore worldwide in just 11 days. The spy thriller has beaten the lifetime collections of the first Dhurandhar film, which earned ₹1307 crore worldwide.
Domestically, Dhurandhar 2 has collected ₹847 crore net, making it the highest domestic collection by a Hindi film. It has also become the highest-grossing Indian film in North America, surpassing the nine-year-old record set by Baahubali 2.
Overseas, the film has added close to $3 million, taking its international gross to around $38 million. With its global earnings, Dhurandhar 2 is now behind only Dangal, Baahubali 2, and Pushpa 2 in the list of highest-grossing Indian films.
The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, stars Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi. With its momentum, there is no reason why Dhurandhar 2 should not cross the two pan-Indian hits and eventually even dethrone Dangal.
