Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar has been a massive hit at the box office since its release on December 5. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, has received widespread acclaim for its gripping storyline and impressive ensemble cast. As of its fifth day, Dhurandhar has collected ₹26.50 crore, bringing its total to a staggering ₹152.75 crore. This remarkable achievement marks a significant milestone for the film, which has been riding a wave of positive reviews from viewers on social media. The film's impressive collection is a testament to its strong opening day haul of ₹28 crore, which was followed by a significant boost in word-of-mouth reception over the weekend. Dhurandhar collected ₹32 crore on Saturday and a record-breaking ₹43 crore on Sunday. Even on Monday, the film showed no signs of slowing down, collecting ₹23.25 crore. Dhurandhar has not only beaten the lifetime collection of Salman Khan's Sikandar but also surpassed the lifetime haul of Akshay Kumar's Sky Force and Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna's Thamma. The spy action thriller is written, directed, and co-produced by Aditya Dhar and stars Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi. A sequel is set to release on March 19 next year, where it will clash with Yash's Toxic.
