Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has been basking in the success of Dhurandhar: The Revenge, a spy action thriller directed by Aditya Dhar. Several of his co-stars have praised his warm and supportive nature on set, with one co-star, Gursewak Singh, sharing a heartwarming story of how Ranveer continued shooting despite being injured and even went out of his way to motivate Gursewak, who was also hurt during an action sequence.
Gursewak took to Instagram to share the story, revealing that during the final take of the sequence, he made a mistake and took two extra seconds to set a bomb, resulting in a massive collision with Ranveer Singh. Despite being hurt, Ranveer came to Gursewak's aid, calming him down and offering support.
Gursewak further shared that the team rushed towards Ranveer, and only moments later realised that he too had been injured. A doctor was called in to examine Gursewak, who had suffered swelling in his stomach. Despite his own injury, Ranveer continued to motivate Gursewak, asking if he wanted to continue shooting or take a break.
The film, starring Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi and others in key roles, has received positive reviews from both critics and audiences and continues to enjoy a successful run at the box office, collecting over ₹450 crore net in India and ₹750 crore worldwide.
