Salman Khan's legal team has sent a notice to the makers of Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy, demanding an immediate halt to the film's development and promotion. The film, directed by Bharat Srinate and produced by Amit Jani, is believed to be based on Salman's blackbuck hunting case.

The notice alleges that the film could interfere with ongoing judicial proceedings and violate Salman's personality rights. It also claims that the project could harm his reputation, as the blackbuck case is still pending before the Rajasthan High Court.

Salman's legal team has also accused the filmmakers of circulating materials and approaching actors without the actor's consent. The notice further alleges that the project violates Salman's personality and publicity rights, and describes the film as defamatory.

The notice demands that Akshay Pandey and all concerned parties stop all development, production, and publicity activities related to the film, and seek an unconditional written apology. Failure to comply within 24 hours could result in civil and criminal legal proceedings.

Producer Amit Jani has reacted to the notice, stating that he does not easily succumb to intimidation and is very much present in the industry.
