Her inspiration for the look was the 'blue waters of the French Riviera', and she wanted her outfit to depict a connection to the azure waters. Sonam also revealed that she styled the look herself, with the help of ChatGPT.
The actor's post was welcomed with positivity by social media users, with comments such as 'Beautiful' and 'Flawless ..keep sparkling'. Sonam is also part of the delegation of actors representing the Bharat pavilion at Cannes and will later walk the ramp for Indian designer Nitin Gujral.
