Tanuja praised the film's direction, saying that it was 'very well put together' despite its long runtime, and that there was 'no moment which was boring.'
The film, starring Ranveer Singh, has collected over ₹900 crore net in India and is eyeing to outpace the lifetime collections of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion and Pushpa 2: The Rise to become the highest-grossing Indian release of all time.
