Actor-turned-politician Vijay's Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) is scrambling for the additional 11 seats from smaller parties and former allies of the DMK-led alliance.

Amidst this, actor Mansoor Ali Khan, who contested as an independent candidate, visited Vijay's residence and expressed his support, calling the Governor's actions 'the biggest injustice to the people of Tamil Nadu.'

TVK, which won 108 seats, needs one more seat to touch the majority mark to form a government. The party has already secured support from CPI, CPI(M), and Congress.

The VCK is expected to formally announce its support for TVK on Saturday, which could significantly boost Vijay's chances of forming the government in Tamil Nadu.
