Days after actor Vijay's wife Sankgeetha filed a petition for divorce against him in Chennai, he attended the wedding reception of AGS producer Kalpathi Suresh's son with actor Trisha Krishnan.
Vijay and Trisha arrived at the event together, twinning in beige outfits, and posed for pictures together. They also exited the venue at the same time.
Their appearance together comes just after Sankgeetha accused Vijay of infidelity in her divorce petition, alleging that he has had an 'adulterous relationship' with a female actor.
Sankgeetha filed the petition in the Chengalpattu family court in Chennai, citing that Vijay's actions caused her deep emotional pain and mental suffering.
Vijay and Sankgeetha have been married since 1998 and have two children together. Vijay has announced his intent to contest the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
