After months of speculation, producer Kalaipuli S. Thanu has revealed the reason behind the delay of Vijay Sethupathi's highly anticipated thriller Train. The film, directed by Mysskin, was originally shot in 2023 but has been stuck in post-production due to its massive demands and intricate digital effects.

The film's environment had to be built practically from scratch in post-production, with the entire narrative unfolding within a moving train. Thanu clarified that the extensive timeline was driven by the need for extensive CG work to make the train appear realistic on screen.

Thanu promises a thrilling cinematic experience, hinting that audiences can expect something unlike anything Vijay Sethupathi has done before. The film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Shruti Haasan, Narain, and Nassar, and is set to release soon.
